Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.

try sally hanson facial bleach. Thats what I use. I don't have the nerve to wax. Try the bleach, when I use it, usually all around the area is bleached and not dark. Good luck sister!

You may want to get some bleaching cream. Also look into some laser removal. Did u try waxing it again? seriously look into laser removal, it may take a few treatments but it will help you out. So, there is still hope! :)
